In the bustling streets of London, circa 2000, my cake decorating journey began with a simple idea for my children's treats. After a few lessons and countless trials, I found myself immersed in the art of cake design.

Since those humble beginnings, I've embarked on various courses and attended masterclasses with renowned decorators like Eddie Spencer, Karen Portaleo, and Donatella Semalo.

Fast forward to 2007, and we found ourselves settling in the charming town of Sitges, just a hop away from Barcelona, Spain. Here, we've established a sweet little local business catering exclusively to pre-ordered cakes and desserts.
